Schiava 'Para Se' Agricola Mos 2025

The ‘Para Se’ by Agricola Mos represents a bottle from Trentino that stands out for its smooth and refreshing drinkability. In fact, the expression in the Trentino dialect “para se” literally means “quenching thirst,” a name chosen to emphasize the immediacy and accessibility of this rosé wine. The Agricola Mos estate was officially established with the 2018 harvest from the enthusiasm of the young cousins Luca and Federico, who produce genuine and sincere wines from less than one hectare of vineyards, made in respect of the cycles and balances of nature. The two have collected the small viticultural heritage of their families, who have been dedicated to viticulture for generations in the Valle di Cembra, a territory located northeast of Trento and characterized by vineyards supported by wide terraces.

Agricola Mos ‘Para Se’ comes from only Schiava grapes from vines aged between 30 and 80 years, rooted in shallow porphyritic soils. The plants, trained with the traditional simple Trentino pergola system, are located at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level and enjoy excellent exposure to the southwest. The harvest is done by hand in big buckets during the second half of September, and the grapes are then vinified through two days of skin maceration, with alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After a few months of maturation always in steel, the wine is finally bottled.

The rosé wine from Schiava grapes ‘Para Se’ from the small winemaking reality of Agricola Mos has a light pink color with bright reflections. On the nose, there are hints of red fruits and dog rose, supported by delicate spicy nuances. The tasting, smooth and easy-drinking, shows exceptional freshness.
